"Lincoln a&e"

About: Lincoln County Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a service user),

I had to go to a& e when I really didn't want to during the Coronavirus crisis. After a slightly scary entrance procedure ( completely understandable but put my blood pressure up! ) I was dealt with quickly and efficiently. The staff were so good, friendly, calm and calm and respectful to each other. There are unusual restrictions but they were very calm in the way they dealt with everyone. Well done to the team on site. I hope to now keep myself well so I don't put any more pressure on you and your colleagues. Keep going... you're doing a fantastic job.

Thankyou for taking time to post your feedback following your recent visit to Lincoln ED.

We have had to introduce some safety measures that may seem a little frightening, and as you rightly said, they are unavoidable at this time.

We are entering a time of uncertainty and positive comments will help us on our journey.

Best wishes and stay safe
