About: Dr Shantir Practice

This GP does not take their patients seriously, outrageous laziness from the reception. Years ago my doctor failed to inform me I have Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. They just never told me. Years later, which is last year in December I went with pains in my ovaries. That's when I found out from another doctor. around 5 or 6 years later after my scan. They told me I will be sent to a hospital for another scan. Months of waiting, calling, begging them to sort this out for me and they kept finding excuses as to why I still don't have it. Kept saying it's lost and the hospital is not answering the phone and they will try again later. They were also pretty argumentative, they tried to tell me they have informed me that the referral was lost which has never happened because they never called me back as they promised. I was giving them a week or 2 after each call, nothing was being done for me unless I called and nagged. This was going on for months, meanwhile, I have no idea what is happening down there. Never received the referral. I changed GP's. I can only hope it's nothing serious that has been left untreated for so long.
