"Excellent service and care"

I needed a flu jab, medicines review and blood test form. Called reception to arrange and they did there best to book both appts same day albeit with a little wait in between. On the day the nurse saw that I had 2 appointment and called me in ahead of the appointment and before the pharmacist appt so I didn’t have to wait around. Not only helpful, one particular nurse was a joy to see. Happy and smiling. Lovely to see someone who loves their job. Well done everyone
