"I was told that a doctor would ring back"

My medication for Rhuematoid Arthritisis is an immune suppressant. I am experiencing a very bad flare up in my feet, ankles, neck shoulder and hands. I can hardly move. I tried to ring the surgery to ask advice and if I am currently classed as vulnerable due to medication I'm taking.

I was told that a doctor would ring me back. This was a week ago and still no call, and I can't get through to the Rheumatology clinic either. What am I supposed to do? I feel abandoned. I have been with this practice since I was born 60 years ago but things have gone from bad to worse since they took over other practices.
