"Birth of my son"

About: Aberdeen Maternity Hospital / Obstetrics (Maternity care)

(as the patient),

I developed pre eclampsia again as I done first time around. I was sent to Aberdeen Maternity Hospital as my local hospital has been downgraded. The care I received in Aberdeen was amazing!   From the midwives, surgery staff, support workers they were all just incredible. I had a elective section after saying no to induction after my first experience with my first son and I will be forever grateful for the care I received

Dear 130320

Many thanks for getting in touch to share your positive story. It is great to hear that the care you received while in Aberdeen Maternity was amazing, especially when I understand that there is a lot of anxiety from women who are in your situation.

May I wish you and you family all the best for the future.

Kind Regards

Liz
