(as a relative),

5 Weeks ago my Mum was taken into Hospital where she ended up being in the Critical Care Unit. I cannot thank the Staff enough for their kind care and attention that they showed my Mum and our Family at an incredibly difficult time. Thankyou for their kind words and being so supportive.

A special thankyou to Rebecca & Rachel who Mum had a special bond with. Also to all the Staff in Ward D9 for all their lovely care and attention and they have showed us all during this time. A special mention to Mum’s Physiotherapist Abbie who was incredibly kind and supportive, Mum really liked her and will miss her. Thankyou also to the Occupational Therapy Team.

Also thankyou to all the Staff in Accident & Emergency who picked up that Mum needed extra attention very quickly. Unfortunately we haven’t been able to thankyou all face-to-face due to the current circumstances but please know that we will be forever grateful. Thankyou!
