"Thank you"

My grandad was taken into intensive care after collapsing at his GP surgery. Unfortunately he passed away from pneumonia.

In tragic circumstances the care he received was excellent and he was very comfortable and happy.

We were informed about his chance of survival in time for the whole family to flock to his bedside. Thankful for the honest delivery of this news.

Everyone was so on the ball and constantly on top of his care.

Thank you so much. I will never forget it and I hope everyone is proud of the work they do, even when it ends in sadness.
