" L4 Laydwell"

I feel compelled to write about the amazing care that is being given to my Grandma in this hospital. The staff on this ward are a credit to the NHS they are very friendly and can't do enough for my Grandma they make her feel comfortable and have built up a relationship with her, anytime we are in there they are always talking to her and having a laugh with her which makes her feel relaxed and ask her is there anything they can get her or she wants they are also very friendly with us as well and ask us would we like a drink or something and are always smiling and keep us informed with how she is doing and has been and this is from the support workers to the nurses and higher the atmosphere on this ward is very warm and welcoming even though she's in a hospital it doesn't feel like that. I take my hat of to these people and am very thankful and grateful for the care they are giving to my Grandma it means the world to me and the rest of my family they are a credit to the NHS and especially in times like these you just appreciate them even more they are the backbone of the country so Thankyou
