(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

You get the same treatment as you would if you were in the hospital, except you are in your own home. It is less stressful as you are in your own environment. The staff are very nice, they make you feel at ease and the explain everything they are going to do and make you feel good, keep up the good work.
