Its always good to have feedback from parents who have attended sessions at the Children Centre and for us to know that it has been helpful and even better when parents have increased their confidence.

Some parents worry that baby-led weaning is more likely to cause their baby to choke than spoon-feeding. But there is no evidence for this as you will have gathered from the weaning course its just about getting the right support to help you through this sometimes worrying time.
