(as a relative),

I would like to say that Karen the staff nurse goes above and beyond the care that she give to her patients and the relatives, she brings in her personal Alexa so that they can play music in the unit, she spends time with the patients talkin to them as well as seeing to there medical needs with care and kindness, I must say that all the staff are great, from the person that brings my dad his tea to the doctors that have tried there best to make my dad comfortable, and of course the carers that show amazing patients in difficult situations, and show there patients such care and kindness

Dear Sbaby20,

It is heartening to hear how well your Dad is being looked after. It is always a worry when one of our loved ones is unwell, so it must be really reassuring to see he is as well cared for and comfortable as possible.
