"Solved my problem in minutes"

About: Musgrove Park Hospital / Audiology (Hearing)

(as a service user),

I telephoned audiology department at Musgrave Park Hospital Taunton as I had a problem with one of my hearing aids.

I was given an appointment the following day.

I was seen by a gentleman by the name of Lee who solved my problem in minutes by replacing parts in both of my hearing aids.

Lee was very caring and efficient and a credit to the NHS.
