"HARP programme"

About: Crosshouse Hospital / General Medicine Crosshouse Hospital / Respiratory medicine Crosshouse Hospital / Rheumatology

(as a service user),

I have just finished the HARP programme in Kilmarnock. The classes were led by three very professional, inspirational girls. Ainsley, Barbara and Stacey kept us motivated by making the classes fun at the same time as encouraging us to exercise to the best of our abilities.

On a personal level the classes have taught me to work to my capabilities and not to feel inadequate when I reached my exercise limits.

Thank you girls I have appreciated your help so much. You are indeed the ‘A’ team

I respond initially to most of the posts and ensure they are passed to the appropriate team whether they are compliments, observations or grumbles. It is important to make sure all issues are addressed and I try to encourage that to happen for all the posts as required.

Dear Granny-S,

Thank you for taking to share this with us. I will be delighted to pass your kind words to the Ainsley, Barbara and Stacey and the management team. I am sure it will make their day. It must be very rewarding for the girls to watch your development and improvement, so well done to you too.

All the best for your onward recovery,

Eunice
