About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Medical Day Unit

(as the patient),

Today I attended the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow same day admissions, I have had to have iron infusion injections as I have been waiting a long time for surgery, the nurse Susanne was the nicest person I have met in a long time she made me feel like a human being , I can’t praise her enough and I can’t thank her enough,  if there were more people like her the world would be a better place.

Thank you Susanne so much please forgive me if I have not spelled your name right

Hello Please Help Me Sleep and Walk Again,

I'm really sorry to hear about the wait you've been having for your surgery but I'm so pleased that Susanne looked after you so well today.

It's always fantastic to hear about staff giving such great care, so I'd like to thank you very much for taking the time to share it with us. I will pass it on to the service and make sure it reaches Susanne. I'm sure she will be absolutely delighted to hear it.
