(as the patient),

I recently visited Dundonald pharmacy and spoke with Callum the community pharmacist regarding my skin condition - he was absolutely fantastic.  He offered excellent advice and whilst there nipped next door to the GP and returned with a prescription signed and all in place.  Provided me with a hand wash there and then with advice to collect remaining bottle later that day.  Service and advice was exceptional - I didn’t require a valuable GP appointment as he dealt with everything - community pharmacy and GP practice working together for a successful patient outcome and a repeat prescription in readiness for my upcoming hospital appointment 

Amazing NHS service within the community
