To whom ever this may concern,
I want to give my outstanding praise and support to the NeoNatal staff at Broomfield hospital especially Jordan, Jess and Anna!
The level of experience, expertise and compassion they gave to myself and my husband as concerned parents and the fantastic level of care and attention they gave my son made me so grateful and just happy to know he was in safe hands.
Having them reassure us and give us advice has made us the parents we are today and without them I doubt I would have the knowledge or confidence today.
Please can this be passed onto them / Joyce to get the recognition they deserve.
