"Professional but with a human touch..."

About: Dr Gray's Hospital / Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery

(as the patient),

I just wish to say thank you for the care & thoughtfulness that Mr Burrell & his team gave to me at todays' appt for treatment. I am not great with needles & I do have pain constantly which I manage except for my jaw area (like a nagging toothache with constant sharp pain both sides - not pleasant) & due to a variety of reasons have become quite nervous of treatment.

Mr B & his team were lovely & though still not pleasant for me they gave me encouragement, talked me through it & were all very professional but with a human touch which was very reassuring.

Dear Miss DMU,

Thank you so much for sharing such a lovely story with us. I’m sorry the team at Dr Gray’s haven’t responded to you – I think the Covid-19 outbreak is taking up a fair bit of their time just now.

Mr Burrell and his team are very person centred in their approach and I’m glad it helped you feel less nervous during your appointment. I will be delighted to share your thank you with them - which I'm sure they will apreciate greatly.

Take care,

Kirsten
