After an excellent ENT appointment, I was flabbergasted to be told there was an hour wait for a prescription. This is not a one off problem. You should be able to have you prescription dispensed at any pharmacy if the wait is over 20ins or so. I am here with my elderly mother who has Alzheimer's and this is very upsetting for her
