I had an emergency appointment when I was staying with family in Norwich, as I found a lump in my breast over the weekend. After being advised by NHS 24, also very good. The surgery saw me 1. 5 hours after I phoned to see someone. The receptionist, administrator and GP were all excellent and the GP gave me clear advice as to what I need to do once I get home. I felt very supported and cared for throughout.
