"Cannot fault care"

About: University Hospital Monklands / General Surgery (Wards 4 & 7)

(as a relative),

My dad was in ward 7 in March and I cannot fault his care. Nursing staff, domestics, medics were all very kind and compassionate and nothing was too much for them. It is a very difficult and sad time for my family but they made it slightly easier and we will be forever grateful. 

I am a senior charge nurse and I hope my team deliver this level of care and compassion. The nursing staff made me very proud of my profession.
