A&E was packed with people waiting when I arrived and it did take a long time to get seen. But the care I received was fantastic.
The people were welcoming, professional and very caring. They each had a great and appropriate sense of humour and kept me fully informed of what was going on throughout my visit.
Great service under tremendous pressure.
