(as a service user),

I had to go to the CTS on a Saturday about 4 weeks ago as I had trouble breathing. I had versus tests including a ECG a male was going to do it till I said I would prefer a female as you really have to lift your boobs up so the nurse in black put them on for me. I just wanted to say this is really appreciated and I do not question the mans professionalism some thing are just a bit intimate and the rest of the staff there were brilliant including porters.
