"Dont' have a plan but nurses are so nice"

About: University Hospital Hairmyres / Medicine for the Older Adult (wards 13 - 16)

(as a volunteer/advocate),

Ward 13

The nurses are so nice when I press the buzzer I have to sometimes wait but I don’t mind

No one has spoken to me about my care I do not have a plan as yet.

The food is okay I do not eat very much as I don’t have an appetite.

The hostesses are always giving me cups of teas.

Dear Uhh211,

Thank you for this feedback on behalf of our patient, clearly I would like to ensure that they are receiving good communication regarding their planned care and to address their nutritional needs.

Could you contact me with patient details in confidence please so that I can further investigate the patient's care and needs.

Kind Regards

Gwen
