Due to an unexpected emergency admittance in Dec 2019 and again in 2020 I spent 10 days in intensive care/high dependency unit in Dec
Each and every member of staff were excellent and the treatment first class, and if I.d had a lottery win would not have changed places from where I was as I could not have wished for nicer understanding staff and care.I spent a further 13 days in the surgical centre in January and once again could not fault the care I recieved on that ward, and was kept informed of my condition at all times by the treating oncology team.I was then admitted for day surgery and overnight stay back in surgical centre, the theatre area is so clean and welcoming and not at all intimidating and once again the staff and consultants/doctors are first class, as in several other departments that I also attended .The hospital is extremely busy but all the staff seem to be happy, and have time to smile and greet you, a rarity in this particular working environment, it is also clean and well maintainedThe NHS in general does not have a good reputation but I have to say during my many recent experiences both as an in and out patient I cannot fault the Care at allEasy surrey certainly deserves its OUTSTANDING status.Thank you all
