A Whipps cross postman saw that I was struggling with the hospital wheelchair as I was wheeling my 92 year old mother trying to find my way to the Xray dept. He came to my aid as he knew his way round. Not only did he push the chair but said that he would come back and take us back to the orthopedic dept. So kind of him. We were very touched. So many thanks indeed.
