Sorry but your access is becoming less and less fit for purpose from a patient perspective. Our latest record is pressing redial 140 times but I have friends that can beat that. When you do eventually get through you are left on hold for up to 10mins and there doesn’t seem to be any attempt at maintaining continuity with clinicians.
Apathy has so far stopped us changing GP but if things don’t change we will and I suspect others too.
Please consider reviewing your system. There are some excellent digital options out there (I’m not convinced about Doctorlink but would happily tell you about askmyGP)
