"Unhelpful, zero empathy and no appointments"

I contacted this surgery for an emergency appointment following my sister being diagnosed with a severe heart condition at the tender age of 30. I explained to the reception that this condition is hereditary and my counsin died at 22 yo from this and my auntie 33 yo. Its called LQT, which is a silent killer and usually people with it do not make it past 40 years old. Lakeroad offered me a GP appointment for two weeks time! I have also contacted the surgery today as I am severely stressed, depressed and have had recent thoughts of suicide, the receptionist made mme aware I wouldn't be offered an emergency appointment because I have been feeling this way for a while it isn't classed as an emergency even with my recent suicide thoughts. I feel very let down, even lower than I felt before and really upset. Where's the support? Where's the empathy? Where is the basic care???????
