"Totally destroyed "

I feel that if you have a mental health condition and under this service that we are fully passed the blame due to your own incompetence and I find this soul destroying in all fairness. I feel strongly that once you have a label of a MH condition that should you raise concerns that all is covered carefully so that the patient gets 100% blame. I have had many positive things within your service but sadly and I mean severely sad/distressed inc my family that myself/witnessed also has received so much more negative experiences that has actually impacted myself to being triggered more. When a mh fighter feels they are not being listened to or heard it really is a huge concern and can cause a huge impact on their well being! I also appreciate that dealing with people that suffer must be difficult but we haven't chosen to have this horrendous illness and when poorly we sincerely don't mean any harm. Feeling very alone and so let down after so many things that haven't been addressed in the correct way. I will also thank to the very few that have followed correct procedures but I use the word FEW! I just hope that no one ever feels the way I do and my family also. From a very fair and a honest reviewer.
