(as the patient),

I came to the Lawson Practice for a coil insertion after my previous one fell out. I was a bit nervous about the insertion and the pain but Dr Rauf eased my nerves, explained every step and made the entire process as quick, easy and pain-free as possible. I cannot recommend her enough, she is kind and personable and made an uncomfortable procedure a pleasurable experience. Thank you Dr Rauf!

Thanks so much for this lovely feedback. We will make sure Dr Rauf reads this. So pleased that she was able to help and this procedure, which can be quite stressful and uncomfortable sometimes was as good as you felt it could be. Great to receive such lovely feedback. Thank you again.
