"Not enough qualified nurses"

About: Mill View Hospital

(as other),

Some staff care others don't seem to. Not enough qualified nurses on the ward two at one time mainly use HSAs. Overall discussed that this is a place for mentally unwell people- not sure how it got GOOD after CQC visit? ? ? ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !

Hello

Thank you for letting us have your thoughts about Mill View and I am sorry that you did not have a positive experience there. By law our wards have to comply with manadatory staffing levels and staff mix but I am also conscious of how overwhelming and challenging an acute mental health service can feel and we are always looking for ways to increase the confidence that patients and visitor have in the care we are offering

I have passed your comments to the Matron at the hospital and I know that she will take them seriously. In ordinary times she would have replied herself but as we are currently planning and working to continue delivering care o people with mental ill health during the COVID-19 Coronavirus she is unable to

Kind regards
