"Replacement of a faulty hearing aid"

I made an appointment to see if someone could check what I thought was a faulty hearing aid. The appointment was made for 7 days time which was pretty quick. When I arrived for the appointment I was taken early and dealt with very efficiently. The member of staff also helped with a difficulty I was having with the tube connecting the aide with my ear. This too was dealt with efficiently. The member of staff was very friendly and helpful. Altogether a very satisfactory experience.
