About: General practices in Ayrshire & Arran

(as a parent/guardian),

I have had to be in touch with the doctors surgery (The Wards Medical Centre) frequently regards appointments and results of blood tests following my Daughter being in hospital. All the reception staff have been excellent but Sharon has really stood out, she has taken time to go through letters and blood results with me which is really important as I want to know what’s happening with my child. I have spoke with her on a few occasions and she has always been very helpful and polite. Thanks for your great assistance Sharon

It is always worrying when there is a wee one involved and of course you want to know what is happening, so it is lovely to hear that Sharon was so helpful. I have shared this with the practice and sent Sharon a much-coveted patient feedback badge. (These can't be bought you know).
