"Absolutely shocking "

Disgusting that a child cannot get an appointment to see a doctor despite ringing every morning from 8am to be told no appointment. Walked into the surgery to try and was yet again told I would have to physically turn up outside the surgery at 8am every morning in tbe hope of getting an appointment. Its inhumane to leave a child in pain and if it was a animal it would be classed as cruelty . When I asked why was I unable to get an appointment I just got a shake of the head . Something needs to be done about this .
