"Cronovirus test"

I have called tonight to get information about the cronovirus test from 111. The staff was asking me a series of questions which more belong to those patients who have such sever symptoms like bleeding whilst coughing , or pain in chest and back . I even emphasised that I have shortness of breath and feel tired all the time and have slight fever. 

So they staff on the phone completely ignored my symptoms and wrote on the system no symptoms . She promised someone will call me .  When I received the call back the nurse on the phone said I have no symptoms as it has been recorded on the system .  I said I have fever and shortness of breath and sometimes pain in chest and I said yo previous staff on the phone.  But she said she has not recorded anything. 

Then she said if you have not been travelling to high risk country.  We are not gone consider taking test from you . I said but I still have similar symptoms and I wish to give test . She kept ignoring me and refusing me and she acted in a way that I am not important just because my symptoms are not sever and deadly . And other people are more important. 

I feel so disappointed from NHS, after such spread of this deadly virus across the city of London  why should not they take responsibility over checking those people who wish yo be tested . How hard and time consuming could that be to invite a patient in their drive through and take a test . ?
