I've had a lot of help on this site. See my previous posts. But its a shame that we have to resort to using it.

The NHS is amazing, and we are so grateful for it.

My story is having to wait 5 months for app in May .When I called the app dept to try and get an earlier app, I was told June.

I was at the pain management clinic in December 2019.  I have now to see the above.

I'm still trying to figure out everything that is going on with me, I keep getting told I have this and could have that.

Thanks

Dear Corsa,

Thank you for taking the time to contact us via Care Opinion regarding your orthopaedic appointment at Stobhill Hospital.

I am sorry about the delay with you appointment. I can advise that I have passed your comments over to the Orthopaedic Clinical Service Manager who will be in touch with you.

Yours sincerely,

John Stuart

Chief Nurse.

Hello Corsa,

Further to John's response above, Jackie McKenna, the Service Improvement Manager, has asked me to share her contact details with you. Could you please send her an email at Jackie.McKenna@ggc.scot.nhs.uk with some more details about the issues you have had with your appointments and she will be able to look into it for you.

Many Thanks,

Rachel
