Despite a previous complaint that letters were not directing patients to the correct building, & the response stating it would be dealt with- here we are 6 years later & the letter is EXACTLY the same - even the filename is the same!  Beggars belief that patients are still being made to turn up at one place & be sent to another when they’re about to undergo day surgery & may be stressed. It’s an easy fix! ! Come on bookings - sort it out!
