(as a service user),

I was recently discharged from Delfryn House Private Hospital run by the Cygnet Group

My stay lasted 18 months and right from the beginning of my admission all the staff and other patients made me feel welcome,

Throughout my stay all the nursing staff, the support staff and even the cleaners and catering staff gave me respect while doing there duties

If i could i would thank each and everyone individually for there upmost duty of care came first and upmost while giving each patient total respect

I want each and every member of staff at Delfryn House Hospital to know that they made a positive impact upon my outlook on life

Please send this message to the top directors of the Cygnet Group and send a copy to all the staff at Delfryn House
