(as a parent/guardian),

My teenage daughter had her two front teeth smashed out at hockey training on Sunday. we were very well looked after at Larbert hospital and they arranged for her to go to Monklands to get her teeth temporarily dressed until she could get to the dental hospital on Monday morning. We were seen immediately by a young Doctor Mackie who was a dentist in a previous life! ! ! He expertly dealt with quite an upset teenager and dressed her teeth so well that the dental hospital in Glasgow were singing his praises and said he has contributed greatly to helping preserve what was left in her mouth.

Just to echo the feedback from Donna at FVRH - thank you for giving us this positive feedback. I am sorry that your daughter had the accident at hockey training and then the upset of having to attend hospital but pleased that the care she was given at both sites was positive in preserving her remaining teeth. I do hope she is recovering well and once again thank you for your feedback.
