(as the patient),

I was in getting a laparoscopic sterilisation.. during my time there I have to say there was one particular nurse that stood out to me she was pleasant answered any questions you asked and put your mind at rest. Also she couldn't do enough for the ladies on our ward we could see she was busy but still her patients were first priority. Just want to say a massive thankyou to her having an amazing caring person looking after you makes all the difference so thankyou Nicolle, you're a nurse in a million and I think you need more praise and recognition x
