(as a parent/guardian),

We were admitted as my daughter had low oxygen sats.

We were very well cared for and all the staff were lovely. Good parent facilities too and very clean and tidy. Thank you to everyone who looked after us.

We are so pleased to hear your positive feedback about the care that you and your daughter received here on the Children's Unit and for your positive feedback about our team.

It is great to hear that you felt the parents facilities were very clean and tidy. We have a wonderful cleaning team that support us. We do actually have further plans to update some of these areas so if you have any ideas about how we could further improve them then we would love to hear from you.
