"Terrible GP surgery"

Terrible practice, constantly told to take my two children under 5 to out of hours as they can't accommodate them. GPs has been very unhelpful when my child reacted to antibiotics (dad is allergic to penicillin) my child reacted badly to two antibiotics and was vomiting terribly. Phoned back up to say she can't tolerate it, phone left ringing out for 5minutes on each occasion before anyone answered. I had to call twice to chase the outcome . GP would not help told to keep giving an antibiotic to my child that was making them terribly unwell with vomiting and seek advice of pharmacy. Which had already been done, I am an educated person - but if ur child reacts badly to a medication there is nothing u can do to stop them vomiting. Totally disappointed! Definitely leaving this practice! Such a poor place it has become! One GP on yesterday and today! So can't ask for a 2nd opinion. Told to go to out of hours instead! Asked to speak to practice manager she was busy in a meeting!
