"Great nursing practice"

My grandmother was brought into a&e this month a few days before her death and the nursing team in a&e was truly exceptional. They did everything to keep her calm and comfortable and informed us of what they were doing every step of the way to assure us.

They were very kind to an old lady nearing the end of her life and myself and my family will be forever grateful for that. So thank you very much to that staff - especially the staff in recuss where she spent several hours.
