"Good nursing staff but limited information given by Barnsley District General"

I was taken to A & E with severe breathing problems in October, and at the same time, I also had a heart attack. i was subsequently placed in ward 17 for almost a month, but after this, I was readmitted to ward 27 for 5 days with pneumonia. Since then, I have been struggling to get back to full health. Some nursing staff on ward 17 were really first class with their help and kindness.

However, more information could have been given on: the medication, why such medication was chosen, its side effects, and if there are any alternatives.
