Hi, I was a patient at THe Lawson Practice for 5 years and have since moved away from London. I had attempted to get my files on several occassions via email, and Andre was super helpful, taking the request and having files delivered within a few days.   Such a joy to deal with can-do and positivity, thank you André!

Thank you so much for making the effort to let us know about this. Moving practices can be tricky. Your records are supposed to be moved automatically to your new practice by an organisation working on behalf of the NHS once you have registered somewhere but that can sometimes take a long time. I'm so glad Andre was able to help you. I will ensure he reads this response.
