I was brought in my ambulance with suspected meningitis, the staff in A&e preformed a set of observations on me and just told me to go and sit in the main waiting room. I was told that if I was photophobic, to make it more believable by not being on my phone.
My resting heart rate was 130 BPM and no one performed an ECG on me apart from the paramedic team
I sat in the main waiting room for 6 hours being sick before anyone gave me any medication even though I was asking for something for pain and sickness.
My care was completely dismissed as no one preformed any blood tests to rule out infection.
