I needed to renew my prescription sooner than would normally be expected due to medicines becoming unavailable. The pharmacist was very helpful and understanding and reassured me that my request would be followed up.

Thank you so much for letting us know this. Having pharmacists working within GP practices is still relatively new and many practices still don't have them as part of the team. We are so pleased that we have a pharmacist and a pharmacy technician as part of our team as they are best placed to help sort out all the prescription glitches and problems which can often be very annoying for patients. At the same time prescriptions going wrong can be risky, so we have added safety and security knowing that our pharmacy team are helping us with this. It is great to hear that you are finding them helpful as well.
