"Nurse attitude"

About: General practices in Fife

(as a parent/guardian),

My daughter (who has mental health problems) visited the nurse at the health centre to have her hands looked at as she had burnt them with bleach due to her mental health and the nurse who obviously has not a clue about mental health and self harm then said to my daughter after looking at her hands to “just don’t do it” I feel that was a very unprofessional comment to make, I work in healthcare with the nhs and would never make a comment like that to someone with mental health issues.
