(as a service user),

I was given great care from the word go. From Julia, Mr Moritz’ secretary through to both consultants Ms Fung and Mr Moritz, to the pre op staff, the theatre staff and all the staff on F2. I was taken great care of, and was given advice and support to make informed decisions and start my road to recovery. Not many people have my operation apparently so I was really grateful for all the attention received in the first 24 hours post surgery. 

I have a special mention for Dr Gregory, the Anaesthetist, who listened to how I felt last time (this is the second op of this nature) and have me 100% reassurance that I wouldn’t feel sick or lousy after his anaesthetic care. He was absolutely lovely and also 100% right. This helped me get back to my best much quicker than last time, and speeded up my recovery. 

Thanks for all the care. You’re a great bunch!

Thank you for leaving feedback and although we are sorry you have needed surgery, your kind and positive words really will mean a great deal to the staff concerned. They will really appreciate them and be very encouraged by them and they will be very glad to know you felt well cared for as this is what they strive to achieve.
