What I liked
Fast and efficent, nice clean hospital
What could be improved
Consistency of staff attitude, excellent male triage nurse. Terrible treatment nurse - didn't introduce herself, say what she was about to do, didn't acknowledge or talk to my 2year old that she was treating.
Anything else?
Some kind of immediate feedback on your treatment standard should be available for patients to complete
