While waiting at the GP’s seating area, I noticed Davinnia was on the phone handling a difficult conversation; saying that, I can’t praise enough of Davinnia’s patience at talking to the patient on the other end over some difficult request, she was constructive to calm the patient down on the call, polite and professional in her replies, all in all she had provided a good level of customer service. Nice to see her around the GP.
